Being new to the area, trying to find a dealership to service my vehicle that would assist me with transportation while my car was in the shop was very difficult. I was striking out until I worked with Yvonne who did whatever she could to help me. Yvonne was always reachable via email or phone call and was able to provide me with a loaner car while they were fixing mine so that I could continue with my normal daily routine. Once my car was ready, the process was quick and easy and everything was perfect. Overall, my experience was incredible and I will always choose Champion!

Getting my car serviced is always a stressful process. Yvonne Rogers, my service advisor made the process so stress free and easy! She looked into my warranties and helped where she could. I told my family after my experience at Champion that I won’t be going anywhere else for a car. I’m not car savvy and Yvonne broke everything down to help me understand and why it needed to be done. Great experience! Will be back soon for tires and brakes!

Dropped off car for service and concerns over a banging noise coming from the front end after having hit a pothole. Chose Champion initially because they were the most accommodating of the 4 Jeep shops I called. This experience though has now made it my go to in the future. Service manager was proactive about keeping me updated on progress and changes. She was honest about the cost and what my bill was going to look like. Also spoke to me about other concerns I had called out and what was being done to address them. When picking up, she took the time to chat with me and talk through all the work that was done, as well as what warranties were available to me. I've been driving the car for several days now and have had zero problems - only overt improvements. Service manager's attention to detail as well as her ability to relate to some nuances of the car did a lot to give me peace of mind of the quality of work I can expect from Champion.
